Mohammad Nazim reveals his fitness mantra; says, “Being a part of this industry, you have to maintain a gym body”

Saath Nibhaana Saathiya star Mohammad Nazim, popularly known as Ahem, is one of the fittest actors on television. The actor has a strict exercise regime that he adheres to and also has been lifting weights for several years now. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle despite his hectic schedule is a part of Nazim’s life and he is determined to do the same for many, many years to come.

Mohammad Nazim reveals his fitness mantra; says, “Being a part of this industry, you have to maintain a gym body”

“I go to the gym for myself, not for anyone else. It’s been so long since I've been doing exercise and following a proper diet,” said the actor. “The entertainment industry also has people who are very fit and, especially being a part of this industry, you have to maintain a gym body. Apart from this, the new slots of actors who have entered now are already fit. So, to be a part of this competition, I will keep myself fit, go to the gym regularly, and keep that dedication in me,” he added.

In addition to getting a toned physique, hitting the gym regularly also helps you feel strong physically and mentally and gain a lot of confidence, believes Nazim. He shared, “Fitness is very important for every person. There are so many diseases nowadays that you have to be strong and healthy to fight them. For this, you need to have a proper diet. When you exercise, you will automatically feel that you are doing something good for yourself. So, everyone should keep doing exercise so that they can be strong physically and mentally. You also gain a lot of confidence in yourself.”

Ask him if he has any fitness routine, and he stated, “I don't have a fitness routine. Whenever I want to go to the gym, I go. It’s just that I should be in the mood to go to the gym. Mostly I go to the gym at night because it’s like after having dinner, I just go to sleep and I don't need to go anywhere.”

He also gave some fitness tips for his fans, saying, “There is no tip I can give because everyone coming now is already fit and everybody knows everything. There are so many good trainers and gyms around us. There are also good dieticians, but it's only that you should keep doing hard work, go to the gym, keep yourself fit, and keep yourself ready because anytime you can be called for work. Lastly, I would say that you believe in yourself and don't get influenced by others,” concluded the actor.
